The manufacturing facility to support the various offsite manufacturing and fabrication is currently located in northern New Jersey. Manufacturing building components offsite provides for more controlled conditions and allows for better quality completion during the fabrication stage. The quality control and the productivity control are enhanced and lead to a better quality completion that is cost effective. |
The plant is located convenient to rail, truck routes and port access for ease of coordination of delivery. Future expansion of the plant will include the addition of an automated overhead crane system, stud manufacturing, reinforcing bending and fabrication, self-contained and protective paint stations, welding stations and receiving, and finally laser projection technology linked to our engineering details. |
